How do I get connected?

Getting connected is easy - just reach out to us and we'll do the hard work for you. No overseas call centres, no "self install" kits, no buck passing.

  • Reach out to us

Give us a call or shoot us a message on our contact form, we'll let you know whether the service is available at your address and what speed teirs are supported in your area.

  • Schedule an appointment

We'll find the closest available appointment for a technician to deliver your service. They'll install the dish on your roof, connect your new router and test before leaving to ensure it performs as expected.

...and unlike some other providers, we show up when we say we will.

  • You're ready to go

You're now connected - join your devices to the provided WiFi router and surf, stream or game - without limits.

Absolutely - latency should be around ~10-20ms to our Brisbane datacentre and we run our network with enough headroom to ensure that we avoid peak time congestion.

Due to all indigo services requring near line-of-sight, the indigo dish needs to emit only a tiny amount of non-ionising electromagnetic radiation to successfully establish a link - far less than a mobile phone or wifi router. In addition to this, the beam is tightly focussed and pointed directly at the cell, further reducing potential exposure.
